This renovation project consisted of a full duct system and heat pump installation. Including turning vanes, a manual control damper to effectively balance the duct trunks, and acoustic insulation to help mute the turbulent air noise.

This new construction project consisted of an HRV and exhaust fan ventilation installation, including an insulation wrap to prevent condensation from forming in or around the duct, appropriate wye branches to ensure proper efficiency, and a “cushion head” for proper pressures and velocities.

This retrofit project consisted of removing an old inefficient oil furnace and replacing it with a new air handler/heat pump. The new ductwork is far more efficient while being far more compact. Included inside the ductwork are turning vanes, and acoustic insulation to guide the air and effectively reduce turbulent air noise.

A big change for this 115 year old home, this renovation project consisted of a full duct system and heat pump installation. Our installation includes duct flex connections, acoustic insulation, manual control dampers on a few specific branch lines, and complete sealing of the ductwork to ensure proper efficiency.

This retrofit required the removal of the old oil furnace and a portion of the existing ductwork and installing a new air handler/heat pump and more appropriately sized ductwork. The duct system and air handler are now correctly sized for this home, with the new cooling factor that has been introduced this system works wonderfully and is quiet, efficient, and effective.

This project involved replacing a deteriorated dryer vent system located in an unconditioned crawlspace. During the inspection, we found that the existing flex duct had separated, allowing lint and moisture to accumulate throughout the space. Without regular maintenance, the issue went unnoticed for years, leading to significant buildup.

We removed the damaged flex and installed a properly sealed rigid duct system, complete with insulation to minimize condensation. The new system ensures safe termination, efficient airflow, and compliance with current standards.

Routine dryer vent maintenance is essential; blocked or damaged vents can reduce dryer efficiency, increase fire risk, and lead to moisture or mould issues.

This project took place in a well-loved local bakery, where we were tasked with modifying the existing make-up air system after the intake hood needed to be relocated. The change required reconfiguring the duct layout to maintain proper airflow balance and ensure consistent ventilation throughout the kitchen.

We carefully adjusted the ductwork and connections to accommodate the new layout, improving both system efficiency and code compliance. The air filter on the new system was positioned ahead of the mechanical equipment, helping to protect internal components and extend the equipment's lifespan. Attention was also given to airflow direction, pressure balance, and ease of future maintenance.

This project involved replacing a range exhaust hood that had been overworked throughout its life due to an undersized outlet duct. The restricted airflow caused the fan to operate under constant strain, reducing performance and shortening its lifespan.

As part of the replacement, we upgraded the venting to the correct size to ensure proper airflow and long-term reliability. Extra care was taken during installation to precisely raise and position the new hood, covering the existing holes in the tile for a clean, professional finish.

The result is a quiet, efficient, and properly vented range exhaust system that performs as intended and complements the kitchen's appearance.
